Our Commitment

AccessibilityScanner.org is intended to help website owners identify accessibility risks, and we aim to make this site itself accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

Our goal is to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical across the public website, including the scanner landing page, blog, legal pages, and core navigation.

What We Are Working On

We regularly review the public website for common barriers such as missing alternative text, unclear link labels, heading order problems, keyboard traps, color contrast issues, form label problems, and content that is difficult to understand.

Because AccessibilityScanner.org includes generated reports, third-party embeds, WordPress-sourced articles, and other content that changes over time, some issues may still appear. When we find them, we prioritize fixes that affect navigation, reading, forms, scanning, and access to core information.

Known Limitations

• Some older blog media may not yet have ideal file sizes, dimensions, or alternative text.
• Some third-party tools, embeds, or browser extensions may affect the experience in ways we cannot fully control.
• Automated scanner results may contain technical language that can be improved over time for clarity.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing maintenance responsibility, not a one-time certification.
